Raquel Abreau
Raquel Abreu has just joined the lab as a postdoctoral fellow. Raquel is joining us from Portugal (Champalimaud Neuroscience Programme) and UCLA, where she carried out her dissertation work with Prof. Jack Feldman. In the Feldman lab, she used electrophysiological and optogenetic appraoches to investigate the role of genetically-defined neurons within the preBotzinger Complex in modulating breathing.
